Question: Will there be any cultural center for events – concerts, exhibitions, festivals?

Answer:

Block center will be the place where all major service, sales, cultural and servicing facilities reside and where the central compositional unit is. The principal components are:
Supermarket – overall area of the planned building - 8800 sq.m, lot area - 14123 sq.m. The projected church building – overall area – 800-1200 sq.m, lot area – 2864 sq.m. The unusable cemetery alongside the church could be united into one setting, when the cemetery shall be open for the public as a space of mind gathering, stillness, philosophical “Garden of Remembrance”.
A multifunctional residential complex with communal premises and small service enterprises on the first floors shall make a general area of 11200 sq.m.
Central plaza of the block shall be dedicated to car parking and securing of customer or visitor automobiles and during festivals – it shall be used for concerts, competitions, commemorations or organization of other events.
