Project „Naujasis Antakalnis“ distinguishes by the concept, urban and architectural solutions, quality of the passive houses and living areas as well as conception of sociality.

In about 100 ha territory – a 5,6 ha commercial, 1,35 ha public (two kindergartens and a school) and a 71,4 ha residential low-rise (up to 3 floors high ), multistorey (up to 4 floors high) and a 12 ha general usage (parks and squares) land lot arrays are going to be formed.
