Project development

Stage 1 – installation of major engineering and communication corridors for the further development of the block.

Stage 2 – construction of the core part of the block. It shall encompass the multifunctional commercial and service center, four storey residential houses and park, pedestrian and cycling paths.

Stage 3 – installation and building of territories around the periphery of residential houses – installation of the remaining objects of residential housing, social, communications and greenery facilities.

Stage 4 – installation and building of neighbouring territories which did not fall into the first stage – all the required social, engineering, communications and greenery facilities.
